As a key player in the construction sector, we're seeking experienced Project Managers who are not just adept in overseeing and orchestrating construction projects but are also well-versed in the intricacies of federal construction contracts. Your role will involve:
Managing and coordinating all project elements, including labor, resources, and communications.
Ensuring all federal regulations and standards are met meticulously.
Overseeing project financials, ensuring budget adherence and financial integrity.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing federal construction projects.
Strong understanding of federal construction regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Certified Electricians
Your expertise in electrical systems is integral to the success of our projects. Join us as we work on a diverse range of construction projects, ensuring electrical installations are up to both our standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include:
Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
Reading technical diagrams and blueprints.
Collaborating with project managers to ensure timely and quality completion of electrical tasks.
Qualifications:
Valid electrician license.
Proven experience as an electrician.
